1 When will GATC 2026 take place?

GATC 2026 will take place from September 24 – 27, 2026. For updates, regularly check the official GATC website and social media channels.

2 Where is GATC 2026 being held?

GATC 2026 will be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The previous edition (GATC 2025) was hosted at IISER Pune, Maharashtra, India.

3 When does registration open, and how do I register?

Registrations are expected to open by January 15, 2026. To register:

  • Visit the registration page on gatc.co.in
  • Fill in personal and professional details
  • Complete the payment process
  • Receive confirmation via email

Note: On-site registrations are generally not available.

4 What are the registration fees?

Registration fees vary by category (student, academic, industry, international) and by optional workshops. Please refer to the official registration page for the most accurate and updated fee details.

5 What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Full refunds (excluding processing fees) are generally allowed until 30 days before the event. Refunds are not available after the cutoff date. The official policy will be published once registrations open.

6 Is accommodation included in the registration?

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, hotel recommendations and special discounts may be shared with registered participants.

7 Is travel support or shuttle service provided?

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Public transport, metro, and taxis are readily available near the venue.

8 Can I submit an abstract or present a poster?

Yes. Abstract and poster submissions are open to registered attendees. Student fellowships and research presentations are also part of GATC 2026. Submission timelines will be announced officially.
